Welcome to Southlake
Luxury homes, beautiful neighborhoods, and upscale dining and shopping
Southlake was a sleepy rural town until the completion of the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport in 1973. Southlake has been steadily growing ever since while still retaining its small-town appeal. There are regular community pep rallies and festivals that bring everyone together. It offers easy access to Dallas and Fort Worth, so it's great for commuters. It's also home to several notable sportspeople, including American Football players Marcus Spears and Terry Bradshaw. The Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys stadiums are only a 10-15 minute drive away.
Southlake is known for its distinctly affluent neighborhoods. Camden Park and Carillon are highly-desirable and have brand new homes on spacious lots built from 2008 onwards. The Enclave, Laurelwood Park, and Estates Park are even more exclusive, with luxury homes featuring lush landscaping. Downtown Southlake offers upscale condominiums with resort-like amenities close to the shopping and dining district.
